- Professionally dry clean only to maintain the integrity of the alpaca fibers and the coat's structured shape; do not machine wash or hand wash

- If the coat becomes damp from rain or snow, hang it on a wide, padded hanger in a well-ventilated room away from direct heat sources

- Use a soft-bristled clothes brush periodically to remove surface dust and smooth the alpaca fibers in a downward motion

- Store on a sturdy, contoured hanger in a breathable garment bag to prevent dust buildup and preserve the shoulder structure

- Do not iron; if wrinkles occur, use a handheld steamer on a low setting from a slight distance to gently refresh the wool
